Astronomers, both amateur and pro, across much of the globe are looking forward to the upcoming transit of Venus. Photographers too should be planning their snapping for June 5th/6th. Some of the transit will be visible in most of the Western Hemisphere on June 5th and most of the Eastern Hemisphere on June 6th.
If you’re planning to photograph the transit, I strongly encourage you to use the next few days to practice your technique, so youll be ready to go when Venus crosses the face of the Sun.
