Music “Frip Hop”, written, performed and mixed by Dave Bradley
Mandelbrot set zoom, programmed and rendered by Orson Wang. According to Wang, the final magnification is 2.1×10275 (or 2915). “I believe that this is the deepest zoom animation of the Mandelbrot set produced to date (January 2010),” he says on his blog.
The music features a few hiphop beats and me noodling with steel slide over a Cure/Fall/Andy Summers type riff recorded on my Tele with a few nods to Robert Fripp and Adrian Belew.
