Public Service Broadcasting

You might imagine Public Service Broadcasting as being the natural successor’s to Thomas Dolby’s Golden Age of Wireless, they are electrically eclectic and acrostically acoustic (well there’s a banjo). Or, picture instead an alternative to SteamPunk (essentially the imagined evolution of brass and steam technology from the Victorian era brought into the modern age) in the form of WirelessPunk, the valves and aerials of the 1940s extrapolated into the 21st Century in the absence of silicon chips, that’s PBS…sort of. Awesome sound, voiceovers and visuals, amazing instrumentals, and banjo! If you get a chance do check them out.
